Braxton Brewing Company, Rivertown Brewery and Barrel House, Fibonacci Brewing Company, MadTree Brewing, Bad Tom Smith Brewing, and Alexandria Brewing Company all came together to collaborate on one of Mike’s favorite styles...introducing the Big Cis Pilsner.

On tap at Braxton - Covington, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of crisp grassy hops from the Saaz and crisp biscuity malt to back. Flavour is crisp, with a nice spicy, grassy hop character, and a crisp crackery malt base. Really nice hop bite to this, brewed with adequate hops clearly. Very nicely done.
