Draft pour, dark amber. Smokey bbq tangy aroma. Nice medium body. Smokey with note of bbq and burnt ends, malty.

On tap at Booking, pours a cloudy dark deep dark brown with a mahogany tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle smoke, with a bready malt base — pretty simple. Flavour is quite smoky, with smoked meat, bready malt, and a hint of caramel. Quite authentic, remaining me of a Schlenkerla. Clean and bold. Good.
