Wet-hopped IPA
Something of a thought experiment, we consider the existence of water in a void, a vacuum of nothingness. Consider this: if quasars are surrounded by water, dust, and the like, maybe they could become beer? Truly out of this world, the aroma and flavor of the "wet" (unprocessed) hops in this beer come from our friends Shari and Jeff at Auburn Acres, some 30 miles to our east. A blend of Comet and Triple Perl hops, freshly harvested from the farm, joined our base Celestial Map IPA, to form this slightly sweet, richly aromatic wet hopped IPA. In space, no one can hear you sip.

On tap at Booking, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat chalky, with dry earthy hops. Flavour is dry and earthy, with earthy hops, light chalk, and biscuity malt. Finishes bitter and rough. It's alright.
