On tap at BottleHouse, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a tiny head. Aroma is loaded with deep earth blueberry, buried honey, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is very rich and wholesome, with lots of booze, earthy blueberry, honey, and subdued bourbon. Though it is boozy, it's got a lot of desirable elements, with a nice viscosity. Well-made.

Purple plum red with a small pink head. Sweet with blueberry, vanilla, faint bourbon, a hint of vinegar and blackberry. Very long finish. Full bodied.
