On tap at BottleHouse, pours a clear dark mahogany with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is fairly acidic, with gentle blueberries upfront, with lots of acidity and a touch of oak. Flavour is much more expressive, with lots of oak, gently sweet blueberries, and some bugs. There's very little tartness or acidity, just a touch of sweetness from the blueberry and plenty of oak barrels. Surprisingly easy to drink and very clean. Nicely done.

Red purple with a large foamy pink head. Whiskey and tart blueberry. Long finish. Medium body.
