Goldein. Tangy with honey, very strong anise, light vanilla and tobacco. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bottle sample at IronStone, pours a hazy full golden. Aroma is dominated by the star anise; there's some vanilla that's buried beneath the anise. Flavour is a huge liquorice bomb, with intense anise. Jesus. The bourbon and vanilla is buried. It's alright but far from elegant.
