A blend of 1-2 year old barrel aged mixed-fermentation saison that were aged on blackberries, blueberries and black raspberries + was blended with a splash of pinot noir rosé before bottling
Bottle conditioned 10 months before release.
Dark round fruit vibrations with excellent acid + a bit of a minty situation courtesy of the black raspberries.

On tap at Burdock, pours a muddled dark red with no head. Nose is wonderfully buggy, with lots of wild yeast, ros wine notes, and mostly fermented out berries that are well-situated. Flavour is complex, with lots of red wine grape must, ros wine, fermented out red berries, and some wild yeast. Complex, with a lovely wine character. Really nicely done.

375ml (thx, Peter k.!) shared with Andrey @ home. Appearance: hazy purple with a rose head. Aroma: funky, fruity, blackberries, raspberries, barrel. Taste: along the same lines, some residual sweetness, quite dry, a bit woody. Overall: pretty nice, complex, and balanced.
