Answer: Because we can.
4th annual collab with OSB and Skookum. As tradition we have a huge hop bill for this brew. Starting with Simcoe wet hop, then adding Sabro dry, Idaho 7 and 630 T90, Mosaic and Citra Cryo.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some piney hops, light doughy notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is gently sweet and oily, with plenty of piney hops, danks, and doughy malt. Doughy and oily, with a nice balance. Very good.
