On tap at Obec, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out some dark fruits, toasted nuts and bready malt. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of dark dried fruits, toasted nuts, and crusty bready malt. Clean and well-balanced but not exactly convincing that this is an authentic Czech dunkel. Decent.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a slight brown hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges slowly and laces. Aroma has a good amount of bread with some hay and a hint of grass supporting. Flavor has bread and hay up front supported by grass but becomes thin through the finish.
