Grown in our neighboring state of Idaho, Idaho 7 hops are powerful little packets of tropical fruit and pine goodness. Idaho is also the home state of our head brewer, Brad. Brad likes Idaho 7 hops. Coincidence?!...We think yes. Yes, it is pure coincidence. Doesn't make this NW style IPA any less delicious, though! Citra and Loral Cryo hops add more citrus and herbal notes.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of dank hops, some pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and piney and dank, with lots of oily piney hops, some resins, and plenty of dankness. It's a bit sweet and overly harsh in the dankness. Pleasant but far from Stoup's best.
