03-06-17 // 1000ml swingtop bottle, from Edeka supermarket Mainz. Clear amber brown beer, small white head. Aroma: Sweet malty, some caramel, mild grassy hops. Nice Bock.

Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sweet fruit, light to moderate hoppy, perfume, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, grass, pale malt, fruity, light sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

100 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg Aroma has has sweet malty tones with some sugar. Flavour has sticky malt, some grassy tones and honey. A maibock too sweet for me, how come?

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild alcohol and some toffee and floral notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some bready and mild alcohol sweetness. Balanced.

Tap. Cherry malt and very light astringent aroma. Golden yellow color with nice head. Sweet barley malt and moderate astringent flavor. Nice body. A very quaffable bock.
