A blend of three month and 30 month barrel aged golden sour, conditioned on jasmine flower and chrysanthemum. Vinous and oak forward. Complex acid character compliments a sweet floral bouquet. Our Celestial Bodies series is a celebration of our barrel program. Blending the old with the new, these brews span the astral planes of space and time, flavour and experimentation.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite funky, with acidic citrusy notes, plenty of floral notes, and lots of barnyard funk. Flavour is funky and gently acidic, with wild bugs, lacto, citrus, and gentle floral notes. The adjuncts are rather suppressed. Pleasant funk but not terribly exciting or complex. Solid.

Poured from the tap. Hazy yellow gold with minimal white head. Really nice barrel and sour quality with vinous notes and just a feint hint of floral notes. Mostly this is held up by the quality barreled sour character.
