A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITHOUT priceless Rachel's help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy pale blonde. Aroma: perfumy, apples. Taste: same, sparkly, a bit dirty. Overall: ok.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of barnyard funk, rustic notes, crisp pear skins, and a touch of apple juice. Flavour is fairly crisp, with bright pear and apple character, rustic notes, and a touch of funk. Very easy-drinking, with a nice dry finish. Not the level of funk or complexity that other Dominions have but it's well-made.
