Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Wild Boar Mad Pig ].Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, nutty, sweet malt, pale nuts. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]
