light cloudy yellow pour. huge head appears and fades to some nice lacing. smells sweet, piney, lots of lime juice. decent mouthfeel, lemon and lime juice with tree, coriander and some other spices. It’s a standard saison but it’s pretty decent.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, saison yeast, light fruity, melon, banana. Flavor is malt, yeast, sweet fruity. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. 090515

330ml Bottle - Golden with a small white head. Yeast, lemon zest, peach and a hint of natural yoghurt in the aroma. Refreshing taste with notes of lemon, peach, yeast and a hint of spice. Nicely balanced and very easy to drink when you consider how strong it is. A little bit hoppier than a classic saison but that is by no means a bad thing in this case.

Flaska från SB. Idén med välhumlade saisoner fick verkligen stort genomslag höst/vinter 14/15 och det är ju trevligt om än inte riktgt rätt årstidmässigt. Hur som helst är Brewskis ytterligare ett välkommen tillskott packad med citrahumle och mandarinskal och kryddig på ett sätt som får mig att tänka på julen. Frisk, lätt syrlig, men relativt kraftig för stilen, lite oljig och med rejäl beska, bakom sig döljs ganska väl en saison vars stiltypiska kraktärsdrag drunkar något, men hur som helst riktigt trevlig.

Bottle from webb SB cons 2015-03-13 (ups Friday the 13) Duved AR: belgian yeasty, dry banna chips, dried troipcal fruity, wee herbs AP: hazy dirty yellow, foamy white head - wee dirty, F: fizzy, lemon flesh, grape fruit perfume, a wee bit thin but overal very nice - this was really growing on me adding 0,2

Fat på Bishop Gustav. Smak och doft av päron, citrus, örter, nejlika och gräs. Lagom sötma, jämn och len, fina smaker, lite pepprig med fin avrundning.
