Bottle. Thanks Tim. Nice stuff, bubblegum aroma, then lots of citrus, grapefruit, some berries. Taste is nice, very citrusy then bit of yoghurt, lightly spicy, quite dry. Some graininess. Sharp finish. Nice. Seems very citrusy for a saison

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Norregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Brewski / Green Tower Didn’t We Saison? ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel - sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, saisin yeast, hoppy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150509]

Pours pale, bit hazy, bit of foam. Aroma is fresh, I a getting a bit of anise. Taste is nice, bit of funkieness, some fruits and earthy hops. Good stuff and nicely drinkable.

Light chalky color. White head. A bit of funk and toasted bread in the nose. The mouth is light dry and with amount of funk. The funk just stays on the tounge for awhile which is interesting. Nice.

Thanks for TimE sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing a finger of clean white foam that dissipates quickly, highly filtered, and showing neon yellow. The nose shows alot of clean lemon and pine notes. The palate is highly carbonated and full bodied with a slight spicy note. The palate shows a lot of clean pine resin with a sharp acidic lemon profile throughout. Finish is akin to mint and pine. Quite interesting.

Bright orange, hazy body, with a big, frothy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of spices like cinnamon, apples, lemongrass, orange zest, subtle sweet malts.
Tastes of oriental spices, pepper, lemongrass, citrus, orange, sweet-sour apples, grapes, some candy.
Quite light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, dry, spicy, fruity.
Very nice. Quite unique, with lots of spicy notes, but very well integrated and balanced by interesting fruit notes. Not my preferred kind of a Saison, but really pleasant nonetheless.

330ml bottle at home shared with Saeglopur from trade with Nische, many thanks. BB 01/2016. yellow hazy color, obvious carbonation, rather big white head. smells acidic, light funk, citric, apples, spices, cinnamon, some herbs. nice smell, light sweetness. medium body, nice bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, acidic, some sweetness, herbs & spices, some grass, grapes, a bit alcoholic, lemongrass. finishes citric with light alcohol and spices. wow, very good, greatly balanced, there is some sweetness, but just to smooth out the edges a bit. drinks great.

Label reads best before 14/ 01/2016. Thanks going to whoever trading this adamjackson. Bright gold color with bubbly carbonation. Aroma is very spruce or evergreen forward. Pine needles... Flavor is mild yeast with the pine needles and spruce. Mild grass. Astringent finish. Dry texture with a active carbonation level.

Poured from bottle thanks AdamJackson. Cloudy yellow pour with a nice head. Aroma is sweet with notes of pine and lime. Taste is sweet with moderate bitterness.
