This beer is an American style wheat beer brewed with wheat malt, flaked wheat, spelt and a touch of roasted wheat and crystal malt for a warm, caramel color. It's sessionable with the light nuttiness of wheat and a balancing sweetness from the crystal malts.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium roast, straw and whispy wheat. Flavour has a nice roasted character, with whispy wheat and almost a burnt character. Very clean and nicely made for such an expectedly boring style.
