Bottle shared. Almost clear light golden. Sea buckthorn, wheat, quite mineral, deep funk, bitter berry skins, a lot of dry cellar notes, corn, soft funk. A good mix between sweet, sour and bitter with a hint of sharpness. Medium bodied. I like it!

26 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Pours clear golden with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of unripe orange, pineapple, banana peel, gooseberries, lemon, honey, flowers. Taste is medium fruity sour, hints of goosebrries, lemon & unripe mandarin over slick honeyish malt, a bit orange-like, herbal & spicy bitter undertones. Dry, tart, lemony acidic finish, pairing nicely with earthy hops & lingering sour fruit. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Crafty again by Nevel.

Bottle at home in garden, 27th July 19, purchased at Sterk, Amsterdam. Pours a golden beer, nice white head. Aroma is tart fruit, salty sea. Taste is tart fruit, yeast and funk, pith, little sweetness. It’s a refreshing and interesting beer, could be more complex, but good

Lekker dit. Fris, fruitig, gistig, tikkeltje stoffig. Goede balans qua zoet en zuur. Top.
