Bottle at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken off white head and a little initial fizz. The aroma is sweet malt, light hop. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a roasted malt liqourice bitter, metallic hop palate and a frothy mouthfeel. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish.

Flaske 0,5l fra Alko Muonio. Drukket i Skibotn 20 Apr 14. Dyp brun. Veldig lavt skum. God søt karamellaroma. Smaken er også karamell. Litt metallisk etter hvert. På det jevne.

500ml bottle, thanks to Finn. Nice rocky beige head over a clear ruby-dark body. Dotted spots to the glass. Mid-sweet and mid-dry grainy malt aroma. Taste of caramel and dark chocolate joined by dark berries. Roasted bitter ending. Medium bodied and well balanced. Felt good to drink and went well with the pizza (Tromsø 12.04.2014).

Smell of sugar, malt. Red/copper colour, high mid-brown head. Aroma of raisins, oak, syrup. Faints of chocolate. Medium sweet with some bitterness, mid-flat carbon. Roasted. Rather nicely balanced, one of the better ones Suomenlinna has to offer.
