In 2020, we opened La Cerveceria Brewery and Garden of Granite Winery in the same building in North Vancouver. We like beer and wine, and it was only natural that the two could come together eventually. These are our unique series of hybrid product releases.
This is a New Zealand Hybrid Pilsner brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops grown in New Zealand and co-fermented with Sauvignon Blanc must. Notes of white grape, accentuated with the citrus and grassy profile from the Sauvignon Blanc.

330mL can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle white wine grape must, gentle tangy hops, some grassiness, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice tangy, citrus hop tang upfront, accentuated by a nice white wine must character, and a supported by a crisp biscuity malt base. Crisp, nicely hopped and accentuated nicely by the white wine grape must. Surprisingly excellent.
