Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Church Farm Rum & Raisin Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141008]
