Poured from the tap. Clear-ish pale blonde with small white head. Apple skin, mild floral hops, crisp and simple.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of floral hops, with a little citrus and apple core. Flavour is dry and hoppy, with an interesting combo of very floral hops, apple core, and crisp apple skins. Never been a fan of hopped ciders and this is no exception. It's fine.
