Brewed with a complex malt bill designed to add color and flavor, this West Coast IPA designed by Pilot Brewer Brodie had a big whirlpool charge of Mosaic® hops and was dry hopped with Eclipse®, Ekuanot®, and Pahto™ for nuanced tropical and dank hop notes.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Ballard, pours a clear pale copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy, resinous hops with a muffled graininess in back. Flavour has resinous hop oils, some pine, and sweet biscuity malt. Oily, gently dank finish. Not the most invigorating hop expression, but there's low residual sweetness and a nice lupulin finish. Good.
