Our barleywine is warming and rich with a smooth sweetness highlighting notes of caramel, molasses and toasted malts. Brewed with a base of Maris Otter and Premium 2-Row Malts, this stunner was aged for 9 months to round out the rough edges.

Poured from the tap. Clear amber with small beige head. Honey, caramel, wood glue, a little bit rough. Okay.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of red fruits, caramel and bready malt. Flavour is rich, with lots of red fruits, caramel, bready malt and brown sugar. Really nice malt bill here, finishing red fruity and nicely sweet. Excellent.
