We love Mosaic hops, you love Mosaic hops so why not try them two ways.... We used T90 pellets and Cryo pellets in this homage to the mighty Mosaic. While not a single hop beer, this beer screams Mosaic (mango and citrus aroma and flavor) from start to finish.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is oily and dank, with resinous hops, oily pine, and dankness. Flavour is oily and smooth, with lots of dank, piney hops, resinous notes, and biscuity malt. Piney, dank and oily. Excellent WC.

Gold body with white head. Light hop forward aroma. Hoppy body, herbs with a malt presence. Finish falls off.
