Draft pour at Stoup, Ballard. Classic IPA flight presented in the way IPAs should be. These guys get it. Clean golden appearance. Active carb, full coat of cream foam head. Tons of piney hop character exploding from this. A little on the boiled vegetables side as well, but a buried layer. Aroma is a perfect balance of piney hops and biscuit grain. Impressionable bitter hop heavy palate. Delicious brew.

Can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A big sticky nose, grassy and citrus. Sweet, very round and melon like flavors, some bitterness, resin. Leaves quickly with some dry and dusty notes.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out woody piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is gently dank, with woody hops, some pine, touch of fruit, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, assertively hopped and crisp. Excellent.
