This beer was brewed with a base of Vienna, Pilsner and Munich malts then fermented using lager yeast. It is malt forward, with a light sweetness and toasty flavor, but long, cold conditioning creates a crisp, clean finish. It's got all of the flavor and satisfaction of a big winter beer, but without all the heaviness and noise.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear golden bronze with a small white head. Aroma brings out corn, bready malt and grass. Flavour is gently sweet, with bready malt, corn, straw and grass. Sweet and bready, with a nice herbal character. Good stuff.
