Description: A light to medium bodied, crisp, clean, and bright Cold IPA (IPA fermented with lager yeast) brewed in collaboration with Bickersons Brewhouse. The light malt character and crisp finish accentuate the hop notes of grapes, citrus, berries, and tropical fruit. The use of a "thiol-enhanced" yeast strain further amps the tropical notes. Drinks much lighter than the ABV suggests.
Name: This is our 2023 Hop Mob beer - The Ice Man was a notorious mobster. Seemed like a good name!

On tap at Wheelie Pop, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out oily piney hops, resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour brings out the Nelson, with lots of tangy hops, some citrus and light pine. Bold and tangy, with a wonderful Nelson character. Very good.
