On nitro tap at Fair Isle, pours a deep dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse notes, leather, and oak. Flavour is gently tart, with lots of leather, farmhouse notes, light metallic notes, and oak. Leathery, farmhouse-y finish. Very good.
