Whitewood’s Single Varietal Jonathan Cider starts out full up front good acid backbone followed by scant traces of a caramel/butterscotch flavors, and finishes clean with notes of, sour orange, meyer lemon, and citrus flavors.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle funk and dry, crisp apple skins. Flavour is very dry, moderately acidic, with crisp apple skins, light funk, and a touch of sweetness. Could have more funk and complexity but it's solidly done.
