This beer is a member of our Lupulin Entanglement Series: a collection of creations in which we celebrate the ménage à trois between wood, hops and funk.

This beer was brewed with pilsner malt, munich and crystal rye in the mash, we then hopped it with amarillo, simcoe and mosaic. Expect a complex spicey malt backbone accompanied by fruity, dank hops with notes of blueberries, orange, pine, dark grape.

Draft pour enjoyed at House of Funk, North Van. Clean and shiny golden appearance. Nice piney and mineral hop nose. Biting forward flavor. Flavor is crisp in a way, but ends rich with resinous piney hops. Really tasty, amd exceptionally unique, especially within their lineup. Really enjoyed this.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is very fresh, with lots of piney hops, woody resins, and just enough biscuity malt. Flavour is clean and beautifully hoped, with bold piney hops, wood resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Well-hopped, well-balanced. Excellent.
