May Day is the most important day of the year in Padstow, and we created this beer specifically to celebrate it. It proved so popular that its now available all year round. Featuring citra hops, it has a fantastic citrus aroma and makes for a smooth and refreshing beer.

Cask @ GBBF 2014. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy caramel finish.

Aroma: Vegetables, a bit sour, malt, some citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, citrus, some bitterness.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is eggy and light earthy. Grassy and citrusy. Bitter, fruity and light citrusy. Crisp hoppy and lingering fruity into the finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, hayish, quite citrussy, citrus hops. Average body and carbonation.
