Stamper Stout is one of the first beers we ever brewed. This American stout features assertive Columbus hops, dark chocolatey malts, and plenty of coffee beans from Portland's Coava Coffee. "Never give a inch."

16 ounce can from Tavour. Opaque dark brown color. Frothy tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints at dark coffee and chocolate. Some notes of tobacco and smoke. Mildly complex and hugely flavorful. Easy drinking at 6.2% ABV. Well done.

On tap at Great Notion - Beaverton, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dry coffee notes, a hint of roast, and dry earthiness. Flavour is dry, with lots of dry, earthy coffee beans, and a touch of cocoa. Clean and dry, with a nice coffee finish. Good.
