On tap at Obelisk, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out soft rye notes, earthiness, rustic saison yeast, and straw. Flavour is dry, with a nice earthy, slightly spicy rye character, subdued hops, and bready malt. Has that signature Upright yeast character. Very good.
