Cask at ORB Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and fruity aroma. Taste is malt, grain, biscuit, with mellow citrus fruity and tangy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry yeasty light bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Newcastle airport. Cloudy yellow of a creamy head. Aroma of yeast and biscuit. Flavour of citrus and yeast, butter biscuit finish.

Cask at the old boat house, amble. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon, light biscuit and butter. Taste is more of the same. Thin finish. Quaffable.

[ As Hadrian & Border Grainger Ale ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, citrus - peach, earthy hops, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, hoppy, sweet fruit, light earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]
