Cask @ GBBF 2017. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Cask at ORB Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and fruity aroma. Taste is malt, grain, biscuit, with mellow citrus fruity and tangy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry yeasty light bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Newcastle airport. Cloudy yellow of a creamy head. Aroma of yeast and biscuit. Flavour of citrus and yeast, butter biscuit finish.

Cask at the old boat house, amble. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon, light biscuit and butter. Taste is more of the same. Thin finish. Quaffable.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Hadrian & Border Grainger Ale ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, citrus - peach, earthy hops, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, hoppy, sweet fruit, light earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light fruity and toasted malty. Bitter, fruity and smooth. Easy. Mellow sweet and light peachy to citrusy flavoured. Smooth finish.
