Brewed using a single malt, and hopped with a selection of three varieties
giving a well-balanced finish. Very pale in appearance because of the Pale Ale Malt used.
Gluten-free.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Very well balanced overall. Lovely floral hops, biscuits, lemon zest. Light in body with average carbonation. The balance carries through to the conclusion, with more nice lemon, pale biscuits. Solid session golden ale.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Clear light golden with a moderate off white head. Nose is light soap, faint vegetal notes, straw, light caramel. Taste comprises earthy notes, light citric peel, bitter orange, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation with light perfumed notes in the close. So so GB.

Cask @ Wellington Arms, Bedford. Lightest brown. Almost golden. The scent is of paper mill and maple syrup. A bit of vinegar makes the aroma interesting. The taste starts sweet, then fades to a bittersweet finish. Surprisingly nice.
