On tap at Southern Prohibition, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out plenty of the waffle cone, lactose, and bourbon barrels. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of lactose, vanilla, cocoa, waffle cone and big bourbon notes. Definitely on the sweet side, which could be dialled down, but it's fairly complex and well-made. Nice stuff.
