Sample glass @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Skovlyst Skovhugger ].ABV: 4.7%. Clear dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, bread, sweet malt, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

DØE. Hazy dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and a little roasted malt. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 280515
