Refermented on Sauvignon Blanc grape must and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Dry with just enough sweetness and a white wine tartness, goosbeerry hop aromas and a touch of dankness from the Nelson Sauvin.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out some white grape must, bright tangy hops and a strange herbal note. Flavour reveals a weird herbal note — yeah, they didn't get the fermentation right here — along with banana, generic hoppy bitterness (that's some wasted Nelson), and a touch of white grape must. Man, such potential — they've got the right elements and ingredients, but they just clearly don't know what they're doing. Finishes on estery, banana-like notes, with moderate bitterness. Needs a hell of a lot of work.
