Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is very dry and muted, with crisp pear skins. Flavour is dry, with a weird herbal pear character and a crisp pear skin finish. Dreadfully boring and lacking depth. Not great.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear with just the slightest yellow tinge, almost like water. Dry pear with mild sweetness. Quick, dry finish.

Clear pale gold. Faint fruity sweetness. Light sweetness, touch sour and quite bland.
