Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 red session (finally adding my notes). Cloudy pink-ish red with minimal white head. Cherry, decent. Above average Dekkera.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a bright jammy red with a small white head. Aroma brings out thorny, pithy raspberries, gentle wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is thorny and lightly phenolic, with thorny cherries, oak, and light phenols. Seems a bit off with those phenols. It's alright.
