Whiskey Barrel-aged Imperial Stout
In honor and celebration of our 15 years, we present Fifteen. Threads from some of our favorite Imperial Stouts were sewn together then aged in Westward Single Malt Whiskey barrels for one year. A sophisticated fabric of textures and aroma, interwoven across the senses with notes of baker’s chocolate, vanilla cream, and coconut – our anniversary ale pays homage to the beers of our past and represents those to be brewed in our future.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a tiny tan head. Nose brings out a nice whiskey barrel character, medium roast, and a touch of vanillin. Flavour reveals a real nice whiskey barrel character, medium roast, oak, and a touch of vanillin. The booze is surprisingly well-hidden, finishing with real nice whiskey, oaky character. Excellent.
