Ahhhhhhh, the California Triple! A rare breed that we really only see brewed once a year in these parts. But we can change that, right? Here’s another one from us. Beautifully pale in color, with nothing but the hops and a little heat to show its incredible strength. Tasting notes? Think nectarine skin, fresh mango pieces, and orange blossoms.

On tap at Green Cheek - Costa Mesa, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright melon-like hops, tropical fruits, dankness and pine. Flavour is full of tropical fruits, pine, melon, and dankness. There's plenty of sweet biscuity malt to back but this is definitely a hop bomb. Excellent.
