On tap at Pure Project - Miramar, pours a cloudy dark ros� with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart raspberries, oak, and wild bugs. Flavour is tart and acidic, with lots of sour raspberries, lots of acidity, and oak. Smells way better than it tastes. That raspberry character is great but the acidity is prohibitive. Good.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy rose gold with small off white head. The aroma is raspberry and oak. Thin body, raspberry, oak, acidic, very good.
