Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Xtreme Chocolate Plums ].Clear dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, plum, light soy sauce, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, plum, chocolate, dark malt, roasted, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141008]
