750ml @ Matt's shared with Phill and other Matt's friends. Appearance: like an unfiltered apple juice. Aroma: a bit sweet red apples, nice. Taste: nice body, bone dry, very astringent. Overall: too dry.

750mL bottle, pours a clear caramel colour with almost no head. Nose is bone dry, with tons of barnyard funk, some champagne-like effervescence, and moderate acidity. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, moderate acidity, and champagne-like carb. Very assertive carb, bone dry and quite acidic.
