Brewed with the explorative mindset of brewers on the west coast, this is our contribution to the modern IPA. Brewed with the classics: Centennial, Simcoe, and Amarillo, we also packed Australian Galaxy for an even greater hop aroma. Hold on to the feeling of staring out into the vast ocean, knowing that at one point you might not have known what's out there. Life's about taking chances and love is committing to them. On tap at Hana Kua, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some spicy hops, light pine, and a bit of stone fruit. Flavour has plenty of piney hops, some mango and other tropical fruits, and a thin malt base. Fruity, piney blonde IPA. Excellent.
