Albion Dreaming was brewed in collaboration with our pals, Beak Brewing located in the beautiful town of Lewes. This slightly rustic tip of the hat to harvest lagers was treated with Pilsner malt, malted rye, and Enigma whirlpool. The rye really sings with the two traditional additions of UK grown Admiral and a late dry hop with some local Sterling. Hops are the star of the show, with a light blast hanging out with our new friends from the UK. We'll be out their way in June at their These Hills festival.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge, pours a clear bright golden with a large white head. Aroma brings bright grassy hops, straw and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and bright, with big grassy hops, crisp crackery malt and a touch of straw. Extremely clean, crisp and bright. Excellent.
