On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh herbaceous notes, crisp biscuity malt, some white pepper, and straw. Flavour is bright, with lots of white pepper, herbaceous notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Spicy, peppery, crisp finish. Excellent pils.
