On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp spicy saison yeast and a touch of chamomile. Flavour has plenty of lemon, floral notes, light chamomile, and rustic saison yeast. Lots of lemon and soapy floral notes on the finish. Decently made but a bit too soapy. Decent.
